Office chair castor wheel

• Flooring type: suitable for all hard and soft flooring.
• Material: soft, scratch-proof tread made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR).
• Installation: grip ring stem. Office chairs require a stem size of either 10 or 11 mm. (Thoroughly measure the section of the stem that attaches to the furniture leg using callipers!)

Swivel castors must be mounted perpendicular to the floor for the castors to roll and rotate freely instead of dragging across the floor.

We recommend to order our stems along with the swivel castors to ensure the perfect fit. The current stems may be slightly different, resulting in the castors to be mounted too tight or too loose. To do this, always measure the section of the stem that is fastened in the furniture leg.

• Pull the current castor and stem away from the socket. Often both the castor and the grip ring stem will come loose when you pull them out. If only the castor comes loose and the stem is stuck, clamp it with a pipe wrench and use a hammer to gently tap on the wrench in order to release the stem from the socket.
• Now insert the new swivel castor with grip ring stem by simply pushing it into the hole until it locks into place.
