Exchange and return

Is the product you ordered not what you expected, or is the size incorrect? No problem! You can easily return your products by following the steps below.

Conditions

You can register your return within 14 days. After that, you have another 14 days to return the package. You will be refunded the full order amount, including any shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the package must be sufficiently stamped.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal (see our general terms and conditions, articles 6-10), the products must be returned complete and in good condition (unused and undamaged) in the original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Follow these steps:

    • Download the return form
    • Complete the form
    • Attach the right side of the form (shipping label) to the package
    • Include the form in the return package
    • Stamp the package sufficiently at a shipping point and send your return

    Exchange

    Would you like to exchange the order for a different size or product? Indicate this on the return form and follow the same steps described in the return process above. Once we receive the return package, we will send you the correct products. The return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will cover the new shipping costs.

    Refund

    We will refund the purchase amount within 5 days to the account used for payment. If the shipment is incomplete or damaged, we will only refund part of the amount. Any under- or overpayment for a new product (exchange) will be refunded or invoiced.
