Important information

Please note that our glides require occasional maintenance.

Do not use the Footfixx Hollow for drop-shaped, diagonally cut, oval or rectangular furniture legs. Use the Footfixx Wood instead and screw it into the original plastic insert.

Note for bent chair legs:
Some chairs have slanted legs which are bent towards the end of the tube, making the bottom part of the chair legs straight. For this particular type of chair legs, the length of this straight bottom part is very important. If the length of the straight bottom part is longer than the length of the base part listed above, the Footfixx Hollow is not suitable for your chairs. Instead, the Footfixx Wood can be used by screwing it into the original plastic inserts of the chair legs.

*Put foam or another filling around the base part in order to reduce the inner dimensions of the tubular leg for the base part to stay in place.

Mounting instructions
  • Entfernen Sie die Standard-Schutzkappe.
  • Setzen Sie das Basisteil so weit wie möglich in das Stahlrohrbein ein.
  • Drehen Sie die Gewindeschraube mit einem Inbusschlüssel oder Akku-Schrauber bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit vorsichtig an, bis das Basisteil fest im Stahlrohrbein eingespannt ist.
  • Stecken Sie den Schutzfuß in das Basisteil, bis er einrastet.
