Knulst Vloeren, based in Nunspeet, has been a traditional family business specialising in high-quality flooring for 65 years and four generations. Originally a home furnishings company, Knulst has evolved into a true flooring specialist. Since last year, Knulst Vloeren has also become a Scratch no More dealer. In an interview with Marc Goudzwaard of Knulst Vloeren, he explains why they chose Scratch no More.

Marc: "Previously, we always used adhesive felt pads ourselves. However, we noticed that we were still receiving service requests for floor damage that, in our opinion, could have been avoided. This made us realise that we needed to focus more on this issue."

No matter how good the quality of your flooring is, it’s never completely scratch-proof. That’s why Knulst Vloeren places a high priority on advising and informing customers about proper maintenance. Marc adds: "Both the customer and we benefit from ensuring that the customer doesn’t need to return for floor servicing. Since we’ve started providing this advice, we’ve seen a significant reduction in floor damage caused by moving furniture."

Of course, maintenance involves more than just furniture glides. Choosing the right cleaning products is also essential, as Marc explains: "Cleaning products are a standard part of our service. We provide them with every order and for every type of floor. That’s just how we do it at Knulst." Service and maintenance are central to the philosophy of Knulst Vloeren.

In addition to cleaning products, Knulst Vloeren also provides a sample of Scratch no More furniture glides. This allows customers to try the product themselves and order it from the Scratch no More webshop. Marc notes: "I know from personal experience that you have a fantastic webshop where customers can choose and order the right products. You’ve developed solutions for every unique requirement, making it possible to find a solution for every piece of furniture, every chair, and every table. It’s beautifully done."
